Real Estate Outlook-Housing Starts Rise

The numbers for August are in and according to HUD, the number of new houses started has increased an average of 2.3%.  The numbers varied by region with the Midwest at a whopping 20.7% and the South at a 3.7% gain.  Northwest and West start are both down.  If you want to read the entire article….
